Policy:

1. No extra guest (unless that person is receiving service.)
2. No Caffeine before service.
3. Any complaints must be reported within 48hours of service.
4. If you are sick, do not book. If you are experiencing symptoms day of service reschedule.
5. Come with face free of oil.
6. No open scars.
7. Free your schedule for two hours max for lash services. One hour max for makeup.
8. There is a $30 deposit to book. Which goes towards your balance.
9. Balance must be in cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash app. (Cash app is a $5 fee.)
10. Only one reschedule is allowed, let us know at least four hours in advance. (Any other reschedule will require an additional deposit.)
11. After 10 minutes late, you will need to reschedule the next open slot. (I understand things happen and will try to get you in soon as possible.)
12. ONLY BOOK REFILLS IF I DID YOUR FULLSET.
